Vietnamese Cooking Class

Our daily cooking class with Chef Dat, is a fantastic  way  to experience  local market  life  and  the  joys  of  cooking authentic cuisine. Chef Dat is well known on the Nha Trang restaurant scene for both his cooking skills and his ability to transfer some of his talents to eager students, and his excellent English skills will ensure a smooth, easy and educational day.

Using fresh ingredients and concocting imaginative flavors, you will enjoy a unique, hands-on cooking experience from start to finish in preparing some fabulous and traditional Vietnamese dishes.  As part of your culinary adventure you will also be given detailed recipes,  so when you arrive  back home,  you will be able to impress your family and friends with some great Vietnamese food.

Here, you will gain an insight into the everyday lives of the local farming community. Learn how the local farmers grow their vegetables and herbs, and tend to their other crops, much of which makes its way to the local markets. We do all this before we stop at the local market to select the ingredients for your cooking class. We then spend the second half of the day preparing the meal, eating and relaxing at Dat’s family house in the countryside.
