Itinerary
9.00 am: Pick up at the Hotel
9.30 am: Visit a local bakery and a mat weaving house
10.15 am: Drink a traditional Vietnamese coffee and learn about its history and
importance in Vietnamese daily life.
11.00 am: Visit the market and shop for all the ingredients while stopping at a
noodle making house and herb garden to pick some fresh produce.
12.15 pm: Participate in the class and cook up some delicious Vietnamese food
2.00 pm: Enjoy the fruits of your labor and tuck into the dishes with the chef and
his family.
3.00 pm: Drop off at the Hotel
