Trekking in Nui Chua Reservation

Perfect for the active and adventure minded traveler, take a day in the great outdoors  at  the magnificent Nui Chua National Park. The reserve contains evergreen and decidous trees in a mountain clad jungle that borders the sea. It is also a semi-arid region that makes  for one of the most captivating landscapes in Vietnam.

An early start in your private car will take you the park where we start at Cau Gay (Broken Bridge) Village. Here you will see the handicraft workshops of the ethnic Raglai minority, learn about their culture and tradtions and pick up some unique souvenirs. Your amazing trek begins  at  Red  Rock  (280  meters  above  sea level)  and  your  local  guides  will  teach  you of the biodversity of the region, explain the preservation of natural resources and share some  indigenous  knowledge  about  scouting and survival skills in this environment.

You will admire the beauty of the region and capture some great  photographs  as you  trek higher into the jungle. Lunch will be served a Lo O stream and you can scale towering rocks and pass over the water on a traditional chain bridge.   Following   the   stream   towards   the sea, the group will visit the Hang Rai area to discover the marine shelter, some vivid coral life and and waterfall that flows into the sea. This area is also home to a protected species of turtle that use the bay as their nesting grounds. If the time is right you may even spot a few large turtles or their hatchlings.

This fun-filled, informative and active day finishes at the waterside and your car will be waiting to bring you back to the hotel
